Hey after looking around online for some ideas for my Jeep I came across these
http://www.genright.com/ProductInfo.aspx?productid=GRC5500

I know it says it for the TJ and I hav a JK but maybe with somework we could come up with some so people could make thier rollcages safer and stonger

Look at this. No frame tie in but should make your roll bar safer. If you know someone who can weld you could probably do a lot with it.

Well the problem with a "sports cage" is that if you hit it hard enough on a roll over it can fold over on itself

Its gotta be stronger than stock. Weld the connections and fab some frame tie ins and you would be a lot safer than the stock cage.

I will take my chances with the stock cage but I don't plan to do extreme wheelin.

Well even if you don't wheel really hard, what if u take a turn on a road too fast and roll?

If that's how you wheel then you better get them. Might also want to consider a 5 point harness?
