Thanks gang, they only came with 5" BS on the 9" rims and 4.5" on the 8's, I am considering putting the SpyderTrax 1.5" spacer back on, Discount took them off (won't touch them otherwise) and I like the stance as is, but am going to try one on the front Sat, just to get a gander. |

| I was debating getting these. Probably the 8" just because of the backspacing issue. But I feel I have to get some alloys to help with the weight. I figure every bit will help when using 3.73 gears. I also figured it would help with the weight on the tailgate. However these would help with the wallet. Do you have any rubbing yet without the spacers on?
Looks real nice Sas! :hail:

Looks real nice Sas! :hail: no rub issues whatsoever, these stick out about an 1" further or more than the spacers did with the stockers and same tires. |

your looking at about 10 lbs difference ............. if thats a deciding factor , you might want to reconsider this hobby...as far as built jk's go i feel mine is somewhat of a lightweight, but trail ready it still weighs over 5000lbs. pick a wheel based on your specific needs and what you want it to look like.........forged wheels are heavier than cast wheels........beadlocks are heavy as hell........... you or your rig will never tell a differerence of 10 lbs per wheel.............now with that said a really heavy wheel and tire will break more stuff, u-joints will pay the price.....but im talking water in the tires and beadlocks@ 200++ lbs per tire/wheel

Looks real nice Sas! :hail: I'm running the 8" with 4.5" back spacing. George is correct- you'll never notice that weight difference. The deciding factor for me was- why pay a fortune for alloys knowing that I would likely rock rash them and then feel bad about the money I spent. So I went with the Cragers because they are cheap. 3 days after putting them on, I rock rashed them (and didn't feel bad about it at all)

I didn't mean to hijack this thread like this. The alloys I like are some of the cheapest around but its still a $50/wheel difference. That adds up. I didn't even think about getting them scratched up. Hmm maybe I should consider the Cragers.
