Happy Tax Day

Hope everyone has their taxes done.

Me and the boys all got refunds. Heather actually had to pay $1400 (she did some voice-over work that was taxed as self-employed, so had to pay a bunch)

almost done with mine... i am gonna owe $165

whew... i thought it was gonna be a lot worse...

Tax day makes me grumpy as hell!!!

I don't miss the days of having a stack of 1099s and trying to figure out how I was going to scrape up the money.....

Tried to e-file but it turns out that the Social Security Gustapo doesn't like the Mrs. RG's birthday..... I told her that they found out that she was actually hatched.

Anyone go to a tea party today?

Also.... I think that "Happy Titanic Sinking Day" would have been more cheerful.

Just finished and e-filed. It's legal to write off jeep mods right? bah too late now.

i'm attending the tea parties in spirit. can't afford to take off work. did see a couple of groups gathering outside on my way to lunch.

a guy at work actually has a lipton tea bag hanging around his neck.

Did my taxes yesterday...think I got off pretty good (being 1099, only had to pay just over $2900)..but still hate to see that $$ go...still gotta write that check and put it in the mail today. Thinking about going to the tea party downtown...but i need a nap now

No,I got my hands on a trailer and sold it to pay for my Jeep Addiction.
It wasn't my trailer, but I am sure my friend who owns it will understand!

Yeah! I've been using turbotax for 4 years now. Before that I was paying someone $300-$400 per year to do it for me. Now I just pay the $50 for Turbotax and do everyone in the family with it.

Been using turbo tax since about 94. Went to a tax "expert" once just to see. After I started to tell them how to enter stuff I left and kept doing it myself.
