Trick Dana 30 is toast, since the wheel was turned a little into the rail (I guess). Possible bent control arm...other than that, no other damage other than some cracked plastic.

Talking about calling the right person at the right time! You called Geo when we were all together, had finished installing my armor, had eaten lunch (thanks Timmay for the awesome lunch) and were all just sitting around shooting the shit. Geo gets the call, and everyone starts making a plan of action to get you.

I'm glad the safe tow people got to you before we got there. That would've been a very hazardous location to try to recover you.

Whoa - glad you're alright - could've turned out a lot worse! It sucks that the axle didn't make it =(

Forgive my ignorance, but what type of rail is a "K-Rail?" Concrete or metal? I mean, last time I heard term used it was, erm, something completely different!

Yup, ripped out of the plug welds. It's fubarred real good.

Call your insurance agent if you have not already called him. There may be enough damage there to get a D44 (you do the work) out of this.

umm, yea, that was a heavily modified d30 , easily would cost as much as a d44..........

hell just the labor to truss, gusset, and set up the arb and gears is substancial..........not to mention the fact that his arb and driver custom cromolly axleshaft are more than likely damaged.....

plus a new control arm or 2 a new trailready beadlock and a new 37" km2

Looking at putting in a J8 44 with an ARB, all depends on what the adjuster has to say.
