Yes they are pretty heavy, but love the way the jeep looks with them off! The hard part is getting them somewhere where they will not fall.

Yeah when I took mine off, I had mis aligned the top hing and the bottom was out and it was wedged in sideways, took me like a half our to work it out... and scratched the sh!t out of my door hinge.

Hello Everybody,
I got the info for this site from Jeeper Jennie, in a roundabout way. Just thought I would say hello. I am from Killeen, TX, I am home on leave right now. I have been in the military for about 10 years. The 07 JK is my first Jeep and I love it! You all look like you have so much fun and the few fellow Jeepers I have chatted with seem real nice. I spent my first 4 years in the Marine Corps, Okinawa JP and Camp LeJeune NC. I am now in the Army and I am only home until the 13th. I know there is a Corpus run on the 12th, but It would be too risky for me to make.

PostSubject: Hello everyone   Mon 30 Jun 2008, 11:13 pm

Hello every one Smile , sorry for procrastinating on the intro.
I'm a small custom home builder in San Antonio (someone please buy a house :christianpray3 ). I've had the JK for a little over a year now, love every minute in it. I bought it as a weekend vehicle for weekend trips (Marble Falls, Blanco S. P., PINS, Kermit and any fishing spot). Have not had it "really" off road yet (looking forward to Boulder Creek). For the past month it's been my better half's DD (we just sold her GC Limited) until we figure out what her next ride is going to be. Can't wait to get it back.

Hope to meet you all soon, 'til then, Happy Jeeping,
Joe Very Happy
