Steve, come on. It's the modern digital age. Ask if it's locked and have him snap a pic during bootup when it says it's unlocked if you need additional proof. You can buy Geo a beer and have him try connecting it to his JK when he picks it up just to verify if it's locked. Give in to temptation... DO IT!

Yeah- I wouldn't need to ship it. I run into Geo frequently enough... But I am also concerned of the possibility of it being locked. I mean it is one thing to ask the question, but if I'm not there to test it out on the spot, the money would already by gone.

And now this thing is tempting me so bad! Only drawback being that it is up in Magnolia, so it would be a bit of a drive to get it.

It should be part #3875 which works on laundry list of gas powered Jeeps including the XJ, WJ, WK, TJ, and JK. They can all be powered by the same programmer.
