Update: Chopped the back also!!! Chopped the front fenders. I will do the rear later. I did it a little different style than the last time I did this on my JK. Looks like the new "name-brand" style flat fender. Trimmed the sides of the fender with door edge last night after the pics. I left the curved edge on to give it some strength or should I say rigidity.

Now they are all chopped!

Painters blue tape to get the line I wanted. Jigsaw with a new wood blade medium/fine tooth. Sand with 180 grit on the edge. Then use door edge trim black. I use a heat gun on low and it slides on like butter. I go back and heat the edge and press them on pretty hard.
