Need a jk mechanic at a dealership!

Took my 08 JK into Allens Samuels Dodge in katy for a tsb on the clutch. Service advisor sucked! Told them of the TSB that was out on it. Talked to the tech he replaced the slave cylinder. I told him that was not the problem. So he replaced it and the problem was still was there. Then they replaced the clutch. When I got it back I had a race car clutch, let it out half an inch and your in gear. When you step on the pedal to change gears there is no pressure at all. Also they took the sound dampner out of it so I constanty here the trans noise wich I never heard before. Does anyone know a competent Jeep tech at a dealership I can take my Jeep to have this problem fixed right the first time. These guys had no clue! I knew more than they did. It doesn't pay cause its a warrenty item but my wives jeep is up for a 60k service and need a engine diag. I am willing to give a competent tech some money for some warranty work.

I spent some time talking to the service manager at River Oaks Jeep while my junk was in the shop for an oil change. I would not hesitate to take it back for mechanical type work, but any place you go you gotta know that it is hit and miss. I would go by there and explain what you have been through. I bet they take good care of you.


Another bonus is that it is within walking distance to Hooters!!! (610 & Kirby)
