New here... Corpus Christi

r_unda on JF recommended that I join here.

I'm currently stationed here in Corpus Christi Tx. I just purchased a 2010 Grand Cherokee (my 6th Jeep) and have already started the mods:

Kicker audio upgrade w/ single sub
Superlift 4" + EGR
17x8.5 AEV Savegre JK wheels
285/70/17 Goodyear MT/R w/ Kevlar





Been doing all the work myself in my tiny apt garage...



I'm not a big fan of sand and mud, where is the closest place to offroad with rocks?

Those are the wheels I will eventually get, they are bad arse. I've only seen them on the AEV vehicles and now your rig. Looks nice.

hello there, nice lookin jeep you have there

is that a V8 or diesel ? looks good. all you need are some rock sliders and then come on up and hit some rocks with us.

Its the 5.7 V8. Though I did have a 3.0L diesel before, that got traded in on it. Ended up having some problems with it (oil leaks) and decided to get rid of it before the warranty was up. I will say that I miss it, but am glad to have an engine that I can work on and that has an aftermarket:

Nice rig. I just lifted my wife's 08 WK CRD but I went the cheap route and did the 2" lift with 32's. Hopefully we'll see you at the next event.
