- any update on the corners ?
RROR said that they had to change their material supplier and that my corners were in the first batch. I was a little miffed that it has taken so long but it really works out because I have had more than enough to do. I also changed my mind about having them color matched.... I was worried about marring up the paint while I fit them up. I will fit them up, drill the holes etc.... then prob have them bedlined... have not 100% decided just yet. Tomorrow is the big day, got everything loaded up in the truck.... bought a stack of grinding and cutoff wheels for the Metabo, some tips for the plasma cutter and a big tube of thread locker. I am stoked!! | |

| Gettin it! Calling it quits for today. Got everything tore down, all the stock mounts are cut down grinded flat and painted. Dropped the axles and gas tank and was able to knock the big ass dent out of the tank skid. More to follow tomorrow. | |

| Lol. I wish!! That is my Zuki buddies shop and it is very nice... Three welders.... Three plasma cutters.... You name it. We busted the belt on the drill press and have to drill about a dozen more holes in the axle for the sleeves. No sweat, just time. | |

| Got the sliders squared away today. Also got the steering squared away and NO TROUBLE LIGHTS!! It wonders a bit but no big deal. I have to get the shocks dialed in.. it is a little stiff (hehe).. I set them about mid range and will dial them in a bit. We modified the sliders to be weld on... the rear most slider mounted to the same spot where the rear control arm bracket mounts to the frame.. they wouldn't play well with each other. Tabs cut off... Last mount cut off and ground down... Cut some tabs to mount to the frame for the new mount New rear mount, Joe ran it at an angle forward of the control arm mount Cleaned off the frame where the sliders will be mounted... Front two welded in.. New mount welded in.. I will test the tire flex/stuffage when I get a chance, have to go to work to get some rest hopefully by the end of the week. | |

| How did you like the Cooper Discoverers you had on there previously? I hear mixed reviews about them chunking pretty bad on rocks. Rig looks good. I'll see if I can continue representing for the Black JK crowd. I have some XRC armor on the way and some other goodies...no where near as extensive as your build though (yet). I love those shocks. | |
