| Hey guys im about to put a 4" suspesion lift on my rubicon and i have been doing some research on the different kinds of lifts and I am wondering is there a major difference in a long arm and short arm besides the money haha. my jeep is not an everyday driver and i will be just doing some mild trail ridding and alittle bit of minor rock crawling does anyone have any suggestions on the one that would be the best?

| With the long arm kit you have more travel for on the road and offroad For my 2 cents if your looking at mild wheeling the short arm will do fine with a 4 inch kit. I run a short arm 4" on my TJ and drive it everyday with out a problem.

| Save yourself some money and just buy a spring lift with adjustable control arms and shocks. Check out Full Traction, it's what I run. With the OEM bushings at the frame it rides quite and smooth. | |
