I do residential design and have delt with some pretty strict rules. Like what color tones your house can be to how many pets u can have. Some of the old ones even say only only Caucasian people are allowed to live there, amended of course. One of the stupidest ones wouldnt allow you to park on the street overnight. Really? who cares where you are parked when everyone's asleep?
