I have a 07 Wrangler with a 4 inch lift on 35's and I have the worst DW I have ever had. I just moved to San Antonio from colorado so my problem is A: I have no tools here or a garage and B: I need help figureing out if its ball joints, tie rod, track bar, etc. PLEASE HELP!!!

In my experience its almost always the upper track bar mount.

good luck....if you lived closer i would take a look.

How did you fix the issue? Usually, if there's a wobble. it may be an issue with your tire rod. Same thing happened to my Jeep a few years ago.

My friend recently acquired this TJ with a death wobble issue. We'll definitely check the tie rod when it returns from the shop for the new tires from 4Wheelonline plus the alignment.
