i have a 07' unlimited X with the 24S package which means it came with a d30 front axle and a d44 hd rear

on the window sticker it says 3.21 axle ratio on the stock side

on the option side it says 4.10 axle ratio does that mean both front and rear are 4.10s scratch

That's exactly what it means, the option's list is the upgrades on your particular jeep. Same ratio on front and rear axel, they cant be diferent.
