swap in a scout rear d44
regear both axles , add aussie and alloy usa shafts
diy weld on bead locks from ballistic...15x 8 wheels with 36 in iroks
build bumpers and tube fenders
rough country 2.5 sua lift kit
full custom cage
install cb and stereo system
install garage pro off road suspension seats

then he's going to wheel it for a while and see what else it needs

this is his first jeep, his first off road vehicle, and he bought it and dropped it off with me after he drove it for 2 days

That thing is gonna be sweet when you get done.... post some more as you make progress if you dont mind.
