Those of you with JK`s, make sure you maintain a precise pressure in all four tires. This will ensure less ESP issues. Having even just a few pounds +/- will cause it to activate. I was informed of this from the guys over at Rock Krawler suspentions. After equalizing the pressure, I had fewet ESP activations. Also, you may encounter ESP activation after wheeling. Sometimes by hitting a rut or rock just wrong will slightly tweak your steering/draglinkage. Perfectly centering your steering wheel will alleviate ESP issues.

mine comes on in curves. Jeremy at Rockkrawler said it has to do w/ ESP tolerances of 1 degree. He said to find a shop with the new SnapOn diagnostic tool and recalibrate the ESP with a tolerance of 5 degree and that should fix the problem. Anyone know anyone with such a tool??????

Jeremy told me that as long as your steering was centered and everything else with the lift was calibrated, there shouldn`t be any ESP issues. So who knows.

You can totally disable your ESP if you want. You can wire up a switch to defeat it. The wire is behind the center console (with all of your stereo and heater/AC controls), it is pink and has a light purple line in it. Just cut this wire and splice a switch to it. You can add some wire to place the switch it a better location.

The purple wire with the LIGHT blue stripe on it. The wires are found behind the dash...more specifically...behind the heater controls. I will see it I can plant the pictures here.

Make sure you don't cut the first one you see. that is actually the airbag wire, the one for the esp should be closer to the back. Make sure you turn your jeep to the on postion before you do the switch

Is it the same color? The guy that did this said it worked...I'm a little more nervous about this now.
