That's too easy - she "gets" to go wheeling for her birthday cheers cheers Because you love her so much you are willing to sacrifice your new years so she can get some wheeling in. It is going to be a blast!!! Someone has a clip of last year's festivities..... pretty good vid too.... let me see if I can dig it up..

This is one of my favorite videos, great wheeling and great music.... could be that it was from my first trip.... or it could be the infamous pink boots.... 🤣 🤣

RG- replace the first link (the Barnwell edit) with this one: http://n2rock.blip.tv/file/2117432 Its the same video, buy Youtube stripped out my audio (WMG violation). So I put it up on blip tv. That video really needs the music to be cool.

Nah... You can do it!

Shannon's bday is the 23rd. So I'm in the same boat. But we made it last year, and it was SO worth the effort. We now have that on our schedule for every year.

The new years run will most likley be my first chance to get back to Wheeling. Actually will be a nice recovery goal for me. I sure had a good time the first go round. I am thankful that I made that trip, it's where I got to meet most of you.

I planned to put a poll up to see if anyone was interested in us doing a Fall Trip to Barnwell, I have never been there and I don't think many SA guys have either.

We are having a short meeting August 1st, I'll see what the guys want to do.

Yep, home of BMRA! Just north of Longview....

IMO - after Katemcy the best wheeling spot in Texas. All trails lead back to the main trail head, plenty of room for camping, a spot to shower and air up... and home to some great trails like Dewoody - the photo does no justice! - and Twister, that's Geo "Gettin' it"!

Everything from dirt roads to 5 diamonds. The good thing about that place is all the trails are marked with a trail name, difficulty level, and which types of vehicles are allowed on (IE: motorcycles, atv, rigs). They also give you a map when you check in, and the map shows all the various trails. Although the place is so big that when you get out there it can be difficult to know where you actually are on the map.
