| it seems like once a year, this guy is closing shop, or selling etc..., he still here  , although he moved his shop. I have nothing against the guy, talked to him quite a few times and always seems to shoot straight.. | |

| yep, it's Phil. I've gotten a couple things from him - nice guy! If he's closing doors, that's a shame...he's the shop that was giving the killer deals on the RR bumpers and tire carriers a while back. | |
