10 yr old boy saved with tow strap

Ok here's the story:

Timmay's son Tristan went running across a mud hole. In a flash he went from being a 4 ft 11in boy to a 2 foot bust. The mud hole was deep and nasty it grabbed Tristan like quick sand. He tried to get out but could not. The harder he tried the more he sank.




Timmay tried pulling him out with not luck.



I grabbed a tow stap from the back of the Jeep and tossed it to him.



He locked his arms in the strap and Timmay Pulled and tugged. Only to rip the stap from Tristan's arms.






Then Krystal went in for the rescue and was also eaten by this nast hole.





She then tied the strap around Tristan waist looping it back through it's eye hole



Timmay pulled with all his might




Tristan was finally freed from this man eating mud hole.

It took us over 20 min to save the poor thing. It was soooooooooooooo funny

Seeing him run across the mud then come to a sudden stop and sink down to his waist was the funniest thing I have seen in a long time. I was laughing so hard that night that my side was hurting. Looking forward to going again.

lol the funny thing is I never had to say that LOL it took them so long to get him out that I would have had time to go home check the mail make dinner and still get back in time for a few hundred pics lol

That's crazy, he never quit smiling looks like. He would have done well to lay flat on his stomach, spreading his weight allowing him to lay on top and inch out, easier said than done but it does work.

He should bring these pics to show-n-tell.

No. the funny part is all the "tallest" adults standing around trying not to get muddy. that's prolly what took so long to get that kiddo outta there.

There should be a caption under the pic of G, "You'd better figure something out. That ain't my kid and I don't feel like cleaning my boots tonight."

and for the record........i will stand right at the edge of a mudhole and offer all my expert advice, chances are i ain't getting muddy for you......

and if im in that mud i wont expect you to get muddy helping me........but it won't be my fault either if you slip and fall into the mud

and fwiw..........the tow strap used in this recovery was mine, and it is very covered in mud
