Last Nights Leonid Meteor Shower Pics

Like I have said before I'm not so good at low light shots, and well I got out side a bit too late to catch any of the good Meteor's but if you look very very very close you might see one shooting across the sky. I did not stay out long as it was 39 deg out side and I was cold, but this is what I got.

In this pic if you look down in the bottom right hand corner you can see one, it's above and to the left of Mars.

Very nice!!! That's a view you will not find in the city.

well the camera picks up more then the human eye can. What you see in the pic of the little dipper is what the human eye see's out here.

I wish my eyes were able to pick up what the camera does, that would be such an amazing sight.

I used my:

AF-S Nikon 18-105 mm 1:3.5-5.6 G ED VR lens

it's one of my junk lenses. But I really didn't feel like getting out all my stuff last night, as it was late and cold and I was tired. lol
