| OK, I have a 2dr...but wondering if this idea would/could hopefully work. Could you please look over your window switches. Do you think the window lock and 2 rear window switches could be rewired for lights (or whatever) or even hollowed out to install new switches AND still have the front window switches working??? | |

| Are you thinking of just using the spaces where the window buttons are located for other switches like lights, missles, ejection seat, etc.? If so, have you seen Daystars lower panel? | |

| Interesting idea. Could they be used for lights- not likely because they are not toggle switches. But you probably could hollow them out and put toggles in. Can't say for sure. | |

| I don't really care too much for the Daystar look...mainly the big logo and the color being off..SPOD is great but way over priced, would be nice if I could just obtain the housing though So I was wondering if I could just order the 4dr's window panel/switch and turn the 3 switches (2 rear windows & window lock) for other uses....be nice molded factory look | |

| ohhhhhhhh, now i get it . that is an interesting idea. even if you couldnt use the switches themselves, you should be able to rig up some toggle switches in that location and it will look stock. couldnt hurt to try it. | |

| I pulled my dash apart yesterday to wire in some LED interior lights. The window switches in the front dash panel are joined together in a big fat ugly block. There are about 16 different wires that run into that big fat ugly block of plastic. I do know that the orange wire with the grey stripe on it is for the lights that are in the light switch. That is what I tapped into, that way my LED lights are not on unless my running lights are on. | |
