I think some of us are gonna be meeting at Randy's (potlickin pirate) place and head on to the meeting place. If you know how to get to La Vernia then it should be easy to get to Randy's.

Howdy folks. I plan on going to the Topless Event. I am coming from East Houston. This will be my first trip and first event with the Jeep. So those that have done this, what should one expect? Is it more of a show-in-tell or is there more? What time does the event take place and is it just Saturday or does it extend to Sunday as well?

Got my shirt and the top is already off ready to go!

HA! Nice. However, they're doing it on Sunday instead of Saturday, and I'm scheduled to fly out Saturday night. If this is an actual wheeling trip and I might be able to ride along with someone, I might go ahead and delay the flight out in order to get in some international Jeeping action! I've dropped them an email to find out more...

We want to make it up from the coast for the topless River Road run, meeting at 1604 and Nachadoches @10 was mentioned. Is that still the plan??

Also r_unda mentioned caravaning from Corpus area, that sounds like a good idea to me. I think we will be taking the minivan also so the kids don't have to ride in the topless Jeep all the way to SA, when we get there we will park it and all pile in Jeep. We have room for a few more people in van if anyone else from here wants to ride up there in air conditioning. Kenny, if you go and have kids they can ride with us if need be....just puttin the offer out there!!
