K2 when is everyone leaving?

OK thought I would start a thread where we could just post up when we plan on leaving! this way we can start to set up groups that will be hitting the road together!

G and I are thinking about leaving Friday around Noonish! Plan on heading up 290 then cutting over to Bastrop. We will be stopping in Bastrop for lunch and to meet up with some Katy people.

Katy people suck!

H&H start their exams that day. So we need to find out what the exam schedule is, since we won't be able to take them out of school until after their exam for that day. Which means we'll likely be leaving sometime in the afternoon.

And yeah- Katy people suck!

When I'm leaving depends I guess a little on when you and G think you're going to get there, Jennie.

Are y'all staying on the grounds or in one of the nearby motels?

Jennah, when and where are Dave and them meeting / leaving the Katy metropolis?

We'll prob be hitting the road Friday around 5ish or so.

We setting up a meetup time for Sat morning? Usual 8:30am?

So judging by what has been posted, looks like we will be leaving in between everyone. Won't be able to leave as early as the Katy group. And don't want to leave as late as Tony.

So... If anyone else is interested in leaving sometime after noon, but before 5pm, let me know so we can run together.

I have asked off....but Brandi's work is givng the next Monday off for Memorial Day (a week later....WTF)...

So, we could leave Friday (after she gets off work 5PM)...and then have to leave K2 on Sunday afternoon

...as much I want to go, I'm thinking the drive/short trip wont' be worth it

We are going to leave there early Monday morning.

Well I just put in for Friday and Tuesday off, so I'll be leaving whenever, most likely.

I'm doing a day trip. I'm leaving early Saturday morning (maybe like 6am) and heading back to La Vernia after all the carnage has taken place.

We'll be leaving early Saturday AM (either midnight or 1 am), with plans to arrive around 6-7:30AM on Saturday. The lady has students until about 9p on Friday, so that's too late to leave Friday and arrive at a reasonable time.

I am leaving sat morning..not going to be in the green machine though (no motor ) i will have another rig to wheel...look for the red gooseneck with the red peterbuilt sleeper and big arse yellow jeep and mid size maroon jeep...thats where ill be...

G and I will not be laveing at noon! Plans have changed! We are going to have to do some tweeking on the Manche before we leave!

As well as we did not have time to get the A/C fixed in the truck so we really don't want to leave at Noon and fight the heat all day!

We are planning on heading out around 2ish!
