333a - woken up by the dog going nuts. look out to see trucks out front with rumbling diesel engines, one more behind the house, and a half dozen people with flashlights cruising up and down ours and neighbors front paths and around the side of our house...

turns out it ws CPS.... apparently, half the neighborhood was sans-power (we were good).
But it was so dodgy looking, I called Windcrest PD anyway, so they could make sure it was legit.
