9/11 May we never forget!

Today I will show my patriotism. I will never forget! And thank you to the ones that served and or serving for our freedom.

I remember when I was there to see the planes hit the towers like it was yesterday...the fear of not knowing if we were at war, under attack, running out in the streets and not knowing if you were gonna have a building or debris fall on you from more planes coming in...it was real terror. But if I feel that way today and I didn't lose any loved ones, as many of my friends did - imagine how they must feel when this day is relived - seeing the towers fall brings back all the emotion, memories, anger, fear...Let's all remember to say a little prayer for all those who lost loved ones on that day as they're in serious pain today...and a prayer for all of us - because in one way or another - most of us changed on 9/11...the pic below is an illustration I made taken from the NY Post shortly after 9/11 that echoed the sentiment we all felt...I know most still feel the same today. Honor those who lost their lives that day by never forgetting what happened...
