Morris Ranch - Dec 11th

Adding into the calendar now that we're allowed to - sorry for the double post though (maybe a mod can delete the first one)


I'll be leading a three stop caravan Sat morning, Dec 11th.

9:30 am : Via Park & Ride on the NE side (corner of 35 and 410)
10:00 am : 410S at 87 on the NW corner
...There's a large vacant parking lot near Laguna Madre's.
...If you're coming 410S, it's before 87 on the right.
...If you're coming 410N, go under the highway and turn in just past the restarant.
10:30 am: Intersection of 97 @ 87, to pickup those from Floresville. (good idea Jr)

If the weather is nice, I'll be camping. Everyone's welcome to stay for bonfire and dinner/breakfast.

Daytrippers: bring a lunch & drinks!
Campers: bring the above plus - tent, sleeping bag, brinks, snacks, hangover pills. I'm planning food for dinner and breakfast, so please RSVP here so I can plan accordingly!

Think we already have a couple shovels, so she's all set Jeff.

Count me in. Will have my 2 crumb snatchers with me and possibly the wife if it is not to cold. I may have to work that Saturday would it be cool to come down in the afternoon?

AWH CRAP... Just remembered December 11 is our 17 year anniversary. But then again nothing says love you hunny like a weekend of camping and wheeling in the mud. Hope she doesn't have anything planned for Saturday and Sunday.

It was a PITA last time with people coming and going, so I was trying to get everyone in/out together.

As we get closer, we might find that two caravans pop up, though, for others that can't make it early.

Talking with Ray Jr last night, we'll add to the morning carvan to pickup those from Floresville.

I figure we'll be departing 1604/87 about 10... So, would 10:30 be a good "leave" time from 97/87?

Do you guys all want to be sitting off the road there, and just pull out behind the parade as it goes by?
