| Call John Abreau at Ameriagaurd. He is a very dear friend of mine, tell him Robert Gonzales sent you, 210-680-2000. He has HID's in stock for both main and driving lights with a damn good warranty, 1yr on bulb lifetime on ballast. They are xenon brand, | |

| Testrat, I can't speak about Xenon's or anything like that but one of my best bang for the buck upgrades was the Hella E-Code conversion. I read alot of different people's writeups about the various headlight upgrades out there and I settled on the E-Codes. They are close to Cibie's (Daniel Stern lighting) but they are much less. Here's a link to the kit. http://www.rallylights.com/detail.aspx?ID=4669Prior to the conversion, I had some HID-X 4" auxillary lights that I ran at night. Now, I don't need them. The low beams work as they should and the brights put out a controlled beam that shoots far down the road. I'm very happy with the conversion. The biggest limitation with just changing the bulbs is that you still have a crappy lense. The E-Code lense changes it for the better. Prior to the conversion I would occasionally get the high beams flashed by passing cars. Now that I have the E-code upgrade, I no longer have that problem. It's weird b/c the new system is much brighter than the stock system. I can only speculate that the E-code has a more controlled pattern without as much light dispersion. Whatever you do, get rid of the stock lense. I really like the Susquehanna kit b/c you also have new a new harness that really allows you to take advantage of full power going to the new bulbs. I know that you won't be disappointed with this kit. | |

| In a sports car I have - I need to build a motor for it now... - I had Hella lamps with 90/100w H4's and liked. Was considering something like that. Just wondering what new technology is out there that might be of interest. Looks like not much. But will look into the items listed above. Thanks guys... | |
