| I just picked up one of these. Fits perfectly in the back of my rig. Kinda heavy, but very secure. $179.99 + tax @ the Home Depot The small is about 19" tall x 32" wide x about 20" [img] [/img] | |

| Did you remove your storage case or put the box on top of it or does it fit under it? | |

I cut the feet off. They were tack welded in just a few spots, so I cut, grinded the rough spots down, masked and repainted. I fits perfectly just under my home made rack with about 3/8" to spare. Double the protection. Now I can carry my Rigid 18v and various other tools aboard with no worries.

| That thing is sweet! I really need one of those. Do you think it would fit pretty good in the 2dr? Or maybe the smaller one? | |

Thats the smallest one they make in that job site configuration. If it doesn`t fit with the rear seat down, it will def fit with it up.

| To bring back an old thread..... got any pix of this setup? I am thinking about getting one, cutting off the feet and spraying it with bedliner. What did you mount it with? | |

I actually didn't mount it, just had it sitting in back. I ended up selling it to my wifes son. The problem with my set up was I had to pull it completely out just to access the contents due to my rear rack. Fully loaded, I almost dropped the dang thing on my foot several times. I took it out and it sat in my parking area for some time. I finally said fuck it & sold it. It would be a great set up for someone that has plenty of rear room.

| I did something similar with mine last year, I used a small box from Tractor Supply and bolted it in using uni-strut so it would be easier to attach and so it would still give me limited access to the cubby. I can't use the rear seat, but I never have used it anyway. Eventually I plan on making some modifications so i have some qucik connects for bolting it to the unit-strut, so I can loosen it and slide it forward to give me access to haul lstuff in the back.. Test fit Parts and Pieces used for mounting Painted to match gray interior Installed with CO2 bottle attached | |

| Looks great. I like the matching paint. I wish I could have utlized mine more efficiently. I wanted to put mine on a track as well, kinda like the ad you see for one of the bed boxes. Oh well, next try at it. | |

| I have the same rigid box bolted in my 2005 2 door unlimited. It fits perfectly behind the rear seat, and allows full function. With the rear door closed and locked, it blocks access to the 2 master padlocks that secure it. I left the feet on it, and can slip things under it as well. I little bit of a pain to bolt down through the legs, but works like a champ. Will post a pic or 2 when i figure out how to do it...LOL...The best money i ever spent! | |
