Good Business Attorney?

Is anyone aware of a good business attorney in San Antonio? As per my other thread here, my father in law passed away and left Vicky and I several Corporations. We need to be able to take over them as smoothly as possible and know our rights and the laws concerning business's like these. If you don't want to post someone in the open, please PM me. We really need some help on this and I don't want to just pull a name out of the phone book.

John E. Bakke III. My mom used to work with him. I've known him since I was a little kid (probably 30 years). He did my mom's estate, my brother's estate, and I had him do our will. I have also used him to assist with employment and severance agreements. Great guy! He works out of Boerne. Google "John E. Bakke III Attorney" It should the first hit (lawyers.com).
