Difference between? The are both stock, one is for the front and the other is for the rear. I replaced them with adjustable bars in my TJ.

my mistake, i meant to ask about the trackbar brackets. are they front and rear or different types? also, how much lift are they made for?

Both are for the rear.
The JKS is for over 3" Lift

The OME is for 2-2.5" Lift

The main difference is that the JKS bracket is angled for proper pinion adjustment when you have a SYE installed.

I would like the 2.5 stuff if you still have it the fan shoud for sure mine is all cracked and held togwthwr with zip ties
