JN Oct Wheeling run to Hidden Falls Oct 29th

Thought we would get another run going, we have had some interest and I need to wheel...its been toooooo long

Hidden Falls, Oct 29th, it will be a day trip for us but if anyone want to stay the night that's always a option

About time for another trip.
I'm a maybe for this trip, as I have another planned a few weeks later.

I am in. Been too long for me.

And Sascha, when are you not a maybe? How is the Jeep driving?

I wouldn't be if it wasn't for heading to Moab next week and Barnwell in November. I'm running out of cash for my trips.
But that doesn't mean I ruled this trip out completely.

The Jeep is driving very well, thanks for all your help. The trip to HF a couple of weeks ago helped fix a few things, the Jeep just needed a few hard hits to not it into shape again.

Yeah, I should be able to make it up from Corpus with a jeep or two.

I am new to this forum and I'm not trying to steal this thread but I have made plans to head up to hidden falls this weekend (Oct. 14-16). I'm kinda bummed to find out that I'll be missing the Oct. 29th trip but maybe for the others that can't make it, you can make it this weekend. I am meeting some friends and family up there and we'll be camping Friday and Saturday night. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

as ALWAYS I'm throwing a "maybe" out there. Been working hard but not playing hard I really could use a good wheeling trip right about now.

I already know I'm out of this one. (Sigh) Got a middle of the day engagement that makes this trip impossible.

So whats the head count?? If we changed the date would more folks attend?

Not sure how well the zj wouldn't do with out 4 wheel drive

Just joined the site after meeting some members the other weekend at canyons offroad park, but I am thinking I'll make it out to this trip. Kind of depends on if I can get some new tires on this week though.

We are excited got the jeep clean (inside), just need to top off the tank and load on the trailer

Weather will be very cool let me re-word that (cold) in the AM, but absolutely great by mid morning, high here is 70 should be upper 60's up there

The plan is to roll out of HEB at 7:00 am gassed up and ready to go. CB channel 4. We usually stop at a taco stand in Johnson City and get some grub and gas up in Marble Falls.

It appears we are going so don't leave without us. New to this type of 4 wheeling so ya'll will have to help me out.
