| I'm glad someone answered the rain question. I would hate to be sleeping in the back end of the Jeep with no top and a tremendous rain came through. that shit would suck.. | |

| Still not sure if it will rain. Been reading up on several weather websites, and some just have it cloudy. We'll see. | |

| I have been also checking the weather. Looks like its only 20% chance of rain. I can deal with 20% chance and camping.
Is it FRIDAY yet!?? Can’t wait!

| What time are we meeting at Long's Ranch? This will give me a better idea of when to leave San Antonio. Doesn't sound like there will be a convoy heading in that direction. | |

| I plan to be leaving Corpus Christi on Friday around noon. Tyler (Tvernon) will be caravanning with me up there. It's a 4 hour drive for us so I plan to be there around 4:00-4:30pm. Depending on when the SA group plans to head up on Friday we can meet somewhere on the way if you all like. | |

| I have been back and forward regarding if I get a hotel or camp. I think I am set on camping. Now since it looks like I am going to be the first one there and this would be my first time at Longs my question is: where do I set camp? Do you guys have a prefer spot?
Also did we contact them? Do we have a group rate or it’s the $20 fee plus $5 passenger? $5 camping?

| There is a spot by the river that's real nice.
It looks like I will not make this trip.

I was asking how to get to that camping spot near the river that everyone is recommending. I know how to get to the park entrance. I emailed them like 3 weeks ago about the facility (wanted to know if the had bathrooms, etc) I never got anything back. For what I found online, Joe the owner is not tech savvy and usually doesn’t respond emails or it takes him a very long time. You are better of calling him.

| How much space is at the spot near the river? I'm towing and I believe others might be also. How about in the clearing by the house...near the john for the ladies. | |

IIRC, you just keep going straight on the entrance road. You'll pass a little rock quarry on your right, and if you drive too far you've gone off into the river itself

| Make sure wherever you stop to camp that there is enough room for the people towing their rigs to park and camp. I want to camp near my truck as I don't want to take all my things out of it and have to move them. | |
