| Not sure if anyone is going, but I have been wanting to head back there since the last TSJM. Hopefully we won't have freezing temperatures like we did in 2009.
I am going with my buddy Paul. He wheeled with some of you guys this last weekend at Canyons. He's in the CJ running on Propane.
Let me know if you are planning on attending. This place is only open once or twice a year. I'll be heading up there on Friday, returning on Sunday. It is near Kerrville.

| Here's an updated website http://www.treesranch4x4.com/Directions and Maps Trees Ranch Offroad Park is located South of I-10 between Kerville and Junction just past the famous YO Ranch. From Kerville travel west on I-10 until you reach HWY 41, exit and travel South. You will reach an intersection at HWY 41 and HWY 83, this intersection is your last opportunity to purchase fuel. Garvin's store is located at this intersection and it's approximately 20 miles from the Ranch. Continue through the intersection onto HWY 41 about 9 miles until you reach County Road 336. County Road 336 "T's" into HWY 41 on the East side. Turn left and proceed East. **Caution** this is a free range area with sheep and deer roaming the road. Drive about 6 miles and turn right on County Road 3235. Proceed over "3" cattle guards and just past the 3rd cattle guard turn left. You are now at Trees Ranch. Proceed about a mile until you see the Ranch House. Please follow the posted signs and park your tow rig or vehicle in designated area. GPS Coordinates: I-10 Exit at HWY 41 (N30 11.42' 10" W-99 20' 5795") HWY 41 intersection to HWY 83 (Garvin’s Store) (N30 04.025’ W099 41.627’) HWY 41 intersection to CR 336 (N30 02.795' W099 50.457') CR 336 intersection to CR 3235 (N29 58.297' W099 50.030') Property entrance (N29 55.293' W099 51.832') | |

| Yeah, well, maybe. Either way I got the airbags and compressor setup in my truck Sunday, so I'm properly equipped to haul 15k lbs worth of gooseneck with a pair of Jeeps on it to wherever we need to go. I'm really hoping my friend John (you might remember him from the Off-Road Ready picnic) gets his CJ7 completed before Longs and Trees, and my dad's raring to go again, already talking about rockers and corners and lifts and tummy tucks for his LJ Rubi The good part is that since they have RV hook-ups at Trees, I can haul the Jeeps while John can haul his 36' 5th wheel for a comfy night's stay... | |

| I would try and contact them to confirm the RV hook ups. I'm sure they're there, but Trees has been shut down for a few years. | |

That was about the only thing that sucked... other than the guide holding us back all day. That was the best hotel for the money I had spent in my life. What was it 30F with 50MPH winds. That was one freakishly cold weekend. The guide for the SA group was OK.
