| Aww dang haha oh well it'll be fun none the less. K2 is too intimidating for everyone or something I guess. I saw some videos of stock fj cruisers out there so not sure what people are worried about. I'll confirm my buddy out here is coming. If he bails I'll just come out fri and camp with you guys instead. I'll let you know tommorow. | |

K2 is a little above my experience level, I do drive a JK. That place is for the serious crawlers.

| Yeah it is a serious place for sure, but we are going to tackle the 5 or six level 1 to 3 trails, then maybe a 4 obstacle here and there. Gavin in his XJ and Charles in his tube chassis samurai can tackle the rest while we film. | |

| Run the cyclops trail, the long wheel base vehicles will have a disadvantage, compared to the 2 door jeeps. | |

| Will do, I was told to try schoolbus, which I have seen video of. Pretty sure the guy was joshin me, but seems much more like a long wheel base climb | |

I'm not discounting the park's difficulty, because there is no way I plan to tackle the more difficult trails. But I am sure we will find some fun stuff to play on. At least in moab, my experience has been that you can make it up a lot more crazy stuff than you think you can when it comes to slickrock. With k2 being granite, it'll be easier to make it up crazier obstacles with the added traction compared to the rest of dusty trails in Texas. We will see how we fair though should be a blast.

| Yeah I hear that on the surface. I hear the traction on this granite is supposed to blow your mind. I Really look forward to it trying my skill at some real rocks | |

| Looks like I'll be meeting you guys there on Saturday around 0930. I'll be convoying out with my xj and two 4 door jk's. One on 35's and the other on 33's. Pretty sure this is both of their first true trail riding experience. They have really only played around on some local stuff. Oh man this is gonna be interesting haha. I told them we have plenty of open seats if they get worried about driving their shiny jeeps on the trails when they see what they will be driving on haha. But I think they will be fine.
If anyone else wants to go let us know!
