| Hey Everyone, Thought I would let yall know that my wife is an AdvoCare Independent Distributor who is starting up a 24-day challenge competition!  Some of the previous people who have taken the challenge lost between 20-60lbs. I have been doing the 24-day challenge for 11 days now and went from 186 on the digital scale down to 175.6 today without changing my daily routine (other than following the daily product/meal guide)!

| Here challenge competition is over, but I am now down to 168! She personally is down from the same starting weight to 163 (but she can do physical exercising that I can't do yet because of my shoulder surgery)!
