| great looking mods i was tossing the idea around about the rockers as well. it looks so ugly and unfinished with that pinch seam. i was thinking duplicolor spay on bedliner or undercoating. it's also supposed to help prevent dings and dents (prolly not the kind we tend to get but that's what rock sliders are for, right?). | |

| That duplicolor BL is great stuff. Thats what I applied to that bumper I made on the ol' tj and it stayed looking good with no chips or rust for a few years. | |

| I painted my rockers as well. I did it right before I put on my Shrockworks rails as I did not want to see the pinch seam or the area right above it. I taped off the area and took a piece of steel wool and lightly scuffed up the area and went to town with the Rustoluem semi-gloss black industrial paint. Of course it is protected by my rock rails, but it looks exactly like it did when I painted it 10 months ago. | |

Cost $30 at autozone. ive used it, and do not recomend it if you are going to brush/roll it on, it will fade as it is hard to get enough on the surface...........but buy an undercoating gun for about 20 buxs and use it and it rocks but for what you want to do duplicolor all the way.......1 can is plenty and only about $10 | |
