| Just curious what your issue was with Northridge4x4? I've spent a pretty fair amount a cash with David ($3k) and have recieved nothing but great service. When I ordered my Shrockworks bumper from him on a Sunday night about 8:30 he called me 2 minutes later to make sure I knew about how long the delay might be. I thought his service was far and away better than anyone else I have purchased from in a long while. | |

X2, I have spent well over $3K with David, and his customer service is well above and beyond of what my expectations were. My suspension lift kit wason back order and he kept me in the loop with every little step. Even calling me from time to time to let me know when he received an update. I have nothing but good things to say about Northridge 4X4

I have no issue w/him nor have I had any contact. I can say that I know of 1 person's dealings w/him. I posted this not so much about Northridge but just mainly to stir the pot up about WOL. I was bored OK. Just the fact, you say anything negative towards his sponors, well you know.

| i understand what ur saying about ppl posting when they have had a bad experience with a vendor. personally, i would do the same damn thing. i would do everything in my power to expose them and lessen there business /income if i got screwed by a vendor/shop. having said that, i had great service with Northridge. very fast response. decent ship times. when i was missing an item, i got it 2 days after i called about it. when i was told something was available, it was. I ordered from Q-tec but cancelled part of my order after being told the items were in stock, then 6 weeks later it was still on backorder. | |
