| Mud dog and I spend the entire day installing my CB. It seemed like every time we thougt we had it figured out a new problem arised. I got the CB from a friend Free. (good start) Spend about $30.00 in Co-Ax, mounting brackets and Antena and Antena Mounting Brackets. Consicering some of what we bought will work for Muddog too. So any way, I now have my CB ready for the trails. I am so excited! here are some of the pictures. https://s304.photobucket.com/albums/nn169/08jeepgirl/CB%20install%20080726/ | |

| Yea and it works! We drove out 45 to Richie so we could pass the Flying J truck Stop . I interupted a conversation not fit for mikayla to be listening to to verify that I was transmitting as well as receiving. Still need a Meter to check the antena is tuned correctly but hey, It works! I will take another picture of the CB installed in the daylite so it shows up better. What a job, If any one installs above the mirror, go for the 20 foot Co-ax. 18 is almost too short! | |

X2 on the 20 footer...my 18 just makes it. X3 on the 20 footer... I had 18, and had to re-route it a couple times to make it reach where I needed. But then again, I was going from the license plate mount to under the glove box. If I was going from a spare tire mount, I would've had plenty to reach. | |
