Need a good headcount whenever it's close to final.

Is the BBQ going to be at night or lunch time?

Unless anyone objects we will bring the meat (Brisket) and you guys can pitch in a couple bucks. Please bring a side and or cookies or something and your own drinks. I will bring plates and forks too.
