You can generally buy the Skyjacker 3/4" spacers on Ebay for around $30 including shipping.

stupid question alert!!!

can you add the 3/4" spacers along with the 2.5" BB. (i guess you can)
in my mind i am imaging stacking the spacers (3/4" and 2.5") on top of each other on top of the spring. is this right?

Yes, that is what I have- 2.5" BB with 3/4" spacer added up front. The 3/4" spacer is on top.

what size are you looking for? I bought 3/4" from quadratec when I added my bumper/winch. It was under $50 for the pair.

If you're looking for anything larger, you'll be better off purchasing a full BB kit - The Teraflex 2.5" kit is pretty reasonably priced.
