I have some 30 spline D30 chromo shafts headed my way. George found out who could make these suckers a while back and they'll even have them shipped in less than a week.

Lets just say it wasn't pretty. In the +800.00 range once you add shipping, but now I can use my ARB locker.

so you ordered the D30 ARB locker for the TJ w/30 spline? like the ones they sell with the Superior Evolution Super 30 kits? are the 30 spline axles used on the super 30 kits just D44 chromo alxes? i was under the impression they just stuffed D44 inner axle shafts into a D30 with the modified ARB locker and cut the outters to match the D30 hubs..... am i just way off?

either way, that's pretty cool. now you should definitely have a D30 thats stronger than a rubi D44 axle.

The outers on the 30 and 44 are the same. I will get a bigger u-joint in the deal and the shaft diameter is the same as the 44. The Currie guys are pretty cool to work with too.

Don't need to modify the locker in this application, or so I have been told.
