I have two Jerry Cans you could borrow, however I am in San Antonio. It would cost you more in gas than just to buy them at HomeDepot.
If you decide to go, good luck and take care. I was there for 4 months right after Katrina hit. It was a mess at the time.

Joe let use know if you are planning on going over there and when if for some reason we can't go we have plenty of stuff you can barrow.

I don't have Jerry cans but I have a butt load of regular old gas cans. But I'm willing to bet we can make it down there!

We went down and helped out last time and I expect we will do the same this time!

I am driving over there on Sunday for those of you who don't know Alex lives 5 miles east of Morgan city. I am going to go pick her up.

Where is this storm going? Who knows, only time will tell. But depending on where it hits and at what level, I plan on going to the site and assisting in whatever (have friend's family from here to New Orleans).

Reason for this post, 2 fold:

1st...If anyone would like to join, feel free (but you will need to bring your own vehicle)

2nd...could I borrow some supplies from fellow Jeepers here (you WILL get them back)...looking at prob at least 4 jerry can (2 fuel, 2 water), anyone got some wayders (sp? see i can't spell it, much less have it) or long rubber boots (I wear 10.5-11) that I could borrow?

Now its not set in stone that I'm going, just planning for it now
