Orbital and ram off of a forklift, one hundred bucks. No need to win the lottery when you can build it that way.

Do you plan on driving this on the street? What size tire do you plan on running to run full hydro steering?

Might not work well on the street any more. As for tire size, I was getting bound up with 35's much less 37's or may be 38.5's some day.

Yeah, it will be squirrely on the street for sure, but it may also be a legal issue. I believe there has to be a "mechanical" link for your steering in case of a malfunction so you will still be able to steer. When I jump up to my 39.5's I will be running a hydro assist. More than likely the Redneck Ram from West Texas Offroad.

Any way nice work, can't wait to see the finished product...

It searches a lot because i rolled the pinion angle up and took all the caster out of the steering. Doesn't drive bad because of the hydraulic steering.
