Weekend after that is Labor Day weekend
Weekend after that is pre-run to New Berlin

Everything has arrived from 4W Parts. All we need is a date. I'm flexible.

I should have a pair of Metalcloak front fenders and 6" flares to install (link) as well as a Super35 kit, 4.88 gears, and an Eaton E-Locker for the rear, but I'm not sure about doing the axles and gears without taking to a professional...

I don't think Jelani's stuff is due in until Monday. Figures. I hope to get mine back from 4WP tomorrow evening, but that may not work, as I'm going to the concert at the AT&T center tomorrow. It'll be tight, but he's getting my 33's, so at least the tires are here

Here's the short version, as I'm at work.

The next in the series of ridiculous fuck-ups on the part of 4 Wheel Parts, after failing to bolt in one of my swaybar links, failing to bolt in one of my bump stops, and shorting me a skidplate: attempting to burn my rig to the ground. They installed the wrong bolt in the wrong place in the wrong position, which resulted in chopping and eventually snapping off completely my fuel lines, both supply and return, which resulted in spraying around nearly a quarter tank of gas before it was all over. It also punched a hole in the underside of my tub, just to round things out. Thank GOD there was a guy on hand, Kenneth Corely, who was able to rig up a patch using rubber hoses and metal clamps. Seems like Fred works with a great bunch of guys.
