In the process of designing one, but in the meantime - I have no receiver hitch or spare tire.... Looking for something inexpensive to tide me over the next year or so until I get around to making something.......

wow, cool thanks! my stock bumper doesn't have a receiver hitch and the PO of my TJ had long since lost the factory tire holder.

I have the tire carrier but no bumper

I've got a stock bumper and tire carrier as well, in case that doesn't work out.
