i know its not the best place to wheel but it does suck that its in our back yard and now its gone. half tempted to head out there but i bet that place is nasty muddy with the rain from last week.

Well, guess I better head over there...

We will not be going out there today. For lots of reasons.

I am very sad about it all, as some of you know I grew up right across the creek from the park, I have been playing out there since I was a kid.

There are a lot of memories out there for me.

I had my first beer ever out there on second beach, my friends and I use to camp out there on the weekend when we were in high school, haha my first date was out at the creek, he took me to dinner and muddin lol

def. sad. i enjoyed riding one last time and getting one last dent from out there. been wheelin out there since high school and it will be missed.

I can't seem to get to that post. What's the deal with it closing? Is it private land that someone just decided to keep to themselves, or what?

no it was private land that the county decided to take, they have been in court oer it for over a year, the county did a land grab paid them fair market value but kicked them out. They tried to fight it but lost.

It's messed up!

But that's why you should tread lightly.......even on private land someone is watching and waiting for a reason to take it away
