PostSubject: Houston - Need a 'lil help   Houston - Need a 'lil help Icon_minitimeFri 10 Dec 2010, 9:47 pm

I'm driving to your neck of the woods tomorrow to pick up my new adoptive child, canine, that is. I'll be picking him up at the George Bush airport, is that considered Houston International? Anyway, I have printed out directions to the address I need to go, but was just wondering if there is anything I should be aware of traffic wise, construction wise, etc. Anyway, it's on Pallet Road, any info you think is important would be greatly appreciated. His plane arrives at 1:40 pm, how long do you think it would take to get there from San Antonio, just a gestimate. And no, I don't have a GPS......sent it off to TOMTOM for replacement just yesterday.

Maybe a phone # to someone I can possibly call just in the event I get lost..............thank you, or should I just say when I get lost. tongue

About 4 hours - no worries or issues on a Sat that I am aware of.

I would take I-10 to Beltway 8 and just follow it around to JFK Blvd, it will take you right to George Bush Intergalactic (IAH)

I will be working a volunteer job in Baytown tomorrow (east side) and then going to Reliant for a Rodeo shindig at 530.

Call me if you have any issues. (281) 433-9382

Mission complete! Thank you Ron and the misses for a "life-line". I even surprised myself and did not have any problems finding it, no stress what-so-ever, and that to me is priceless and unusual.

Robert, picked up another Shar-pei, he needed a home, so I thought I would see if we can't make this his forever home! My kids are NOT spoiled, they just have me WELL trained! tongue

Sascha, thanks for the Garmin offer, as you can see..............I did it!

TxRubi, Joe I think it is, thank you for your input as well.

Thanks all! Stacy
