| Hey all,
As stated above, I broke the stang and was finally able to by a jeep! I have admired them for a while but am a noob! Looking forward to meeting new people with same interests and hanging out. I am an auto tech by trade so maybe I can be of some help along the way.

| I have taken a few pics of the Jeep. (got to have stock starting point photos right?) I'll post them when I load them on the computer. I have a 3.5 skyjacker spring lift kit on order and an extra 2 inch poly spacer lift kit for a 2dr or 4dr. I am not sure if I want to get rid of the second one or keep it for the just in case part. Also, I keep reading differing opinnions as to tire fit with a 3.5 lift. What size fit to fill the wheel well and not rub. I was thinking 33 (285/70/16) or maybe 35 since MT2's seem to run closer to 34. Will these fit? If I need the extra room, will the spacers be useful or will I need a pitman arm drop? Any help would be great. | |

| Is that SJ lift for a 2 or 4 door? Does SJ have different kits /part #s for their 3.5" lifts? if not, you may get closer to 4.5" of lift on a 2 door. if you are going to stack those two lifts, you can go with 37s easily. But you'll need other drivetrain mods to make the two lifts work. Post up a link to the lift kit you ordered. Don't forget about the backspacing on your wheels. If you're keeping the stock ones, you need wheel spacers to run any tires wider than stock (including the 285s). | |

| The lift part numbers are the same, it is a 2.5 " for a 4 door or a 3.5 for 2dr. (which is mine) the spacer lift is 2.5" for both. (not really sure how that one works to be honest) What are the largest tire size I can put on stock rims? Am I going to need new rims to put 34 or 35" tires on? I also ordered the front track relocation brace as well. | |
