We are not able to get a physical address but if you follow the directions on our web-site or Tree's ( its the same) it will take you right there.

I think Brookshire or Sealy would be a good place to meet. I need to punch into my GPS to see how long it will take to get to trees, so we can determine a time to meet. But how does everyone feel about meeting in Brookshire or Sealy?

| We (yes Brandi is able to go now), well meet ya'll in Sealy. I have dogs to send to grandma's house in Bellville. I'll either meet ya'll at a business location OR wait on the shoulder for the caravan to past by and hook up then | |

| Brookshire should work...we could all meetup at the "Flying J" truck stop. It's off of exit 732...which is the Brookshire exit. It has a big parking lot and is right off of I-10. It's about 25 minutes out from Katy, 45 minutes from Waller, 40 minutes from downtown Houston, 45 minutes from Sugarland and 1 hour 5 minutes from Clear Lake. From that spot in Brookshire - it will take about 3 hours 20 minutes to Bulverde (Crux's town)...if we want to be there by 12 noon we should all be leaving the Flying J no later than 8:30am (depends on where Crux lives...don't have his address). Then we should have plenty of time to meetup with Renee's caravan leaving HEB at Hwy. 46 & I-10 in Boerne at 1pm (from Bulverde to Boerne looks to be about a 40 minute ride) .
Anyway - the above is a ballpark idea, does this spot work for everyone? Time needs to be ironed out depending on Crux's address...

Just so y'all know. That truck stop does not have an entrance from the feeder road, you have to turn right on Waller Rd (aka: FM 359), and then an immediate left into the truck stop.

| Do we all agree to meetup at "The Flying J" in Brookshire (exit 732) @ 8:00am on Friday so we can all leave at 8:30am to Crux's place? There's a few people asking me for departure/caravan from the Meetup forum who are coming along - I want to give them definite info.

| Yep...according to YahooMaps...If we leave @ 8:30 from The Flying J, it's 2h 30min to your place Crux (we can prob call it 3 hours if any stops). Puts us at your place by 11:30. If we leave your place by 12:00 noon, Yahoo has the ride to Boerne at 30 minutes...getting us there by 12:30. Then everyone heads out from Boerne at 1pm. | |

One small kink in that schedule- you didn't account for stopping for lunch!!! And the larger the group is (when we stop for lunch) the longer it takes. So do we stop for lunch before Crux's? After Crux before Boerne? Or after Boerne? Keeping in mind that at each stop the group grows.

Keeping in mind that at each stop the group grows. Maybe Crux could make up a bunch of samiches for us all? ...! I dunno - I think if we make it all the way to Boerne seeing as we should get there around noon/lunchtime, we'll be meeting at an HEB (should be sandwiches and stuff to grab in there...) I don't know the area but there's likely a fast food joint in the vicinity too? If we make good time to Boerne, we should have more than 30 minutes to grab a bite and drain the vein! hehe...what do you all think? I'm open for whatever - stop on the way to Crux's at a rest stop w/food works too...

| The reason I suggested the HEB in Boerne is that we should have enough time to go in for last minute stuff, the parking lot is huge, the HEB gas is cheap there in the parking lot, and there are quite a few places to eat within a few minutes of the lot.
Whataburger,Taco Bell,Chilis, Taco Cabana, Denny's, Sonic, Burger King, Wendy's, Subway, Pizza Hut express, Starbucks, and of course HEB just to name a few.

| OK... quess then it's from Brookshire(exit 732) @ 8:30 straight to Crux's (with any necessary stops along the way)...then from Crux's to Boerne HEB and fuel/lunch. Then we all jump on the Jeep wagon train @ 1pm to Tree's! :driving: | |

Thats pretty much my thought on any trip...no matter where and with who...but I've learned, the Jeep caravan does take longer than if I would drive by myself....BUT its much funner in the group...so ya learn to grin and bare it and enjoy the compainship
