It is finally official!!!

It is finally official!!! The mother-in-law backed out as my dog-sitter and we will be unable to go now. :duh: Had a feeling all along that his would happen and last night got the call from her saying she couldn't do it now. Just board the dog at a kennel. One weekend isn't going to hurt it.

a big BIG bowl of dog food, a huge bucket of water, a chain, and a shady spot - what else does a dog need?

you are gonna miss the opportunity to rip off stock parts and have excuses to buy new ones. (hope my wife doesn't see this! )

I've had to do that a couple times. It sucks, but it's better than the Suck of cancelling a wheeling trip.

There are 2 of them (the cat can fend for herself) and the cost of 2 hugs dogs doesn't sit well with the wife. One dog needs special attention and at 140lbs (yes, she has lost 20 lbs so far) it would be to much. Could spend that money on the jeep instead!!

i hear you man i have 2 bulldogs and a good boarding place can cost some cash
